We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Technical Support Specialist to join our client's team in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements
• Monitor and maintain critical IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
• Provide Tier 2/3 support to internal teams or end-users, escalating complex issues when necessary
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, backups, and security checks
• Document incidents, problems, and solutions to build a robust knowledge base

Skills:

• Understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud technologies
• Experience with relational database management and querying
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux)
• Shell batch scripting (Bash and/or Powershell)
• Fluent level of English
