Inetum is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join the onsite IT team. This role serves as the local point of contact for end-user support and IT infrastructure services, delivering an excellent user experience through efficient provisioning, incident resolution, and day-to-day operations.

The position emphasizes Level 1 and 2 desktop support, coordination with global IT teams, and strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and iOS environments.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Desktop Support (L1 & L2).
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and messaging solutions.
• Experience supporting macOS and mobile devices (iPhone, tablets, laptops).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 & 2 support for hardware, software, and desktop environments.
• Troubleshoot incidents and service requests, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Deploy, configure, and support desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Support Windows, macOS, and iOS environments, including imaging and OS deployment.
• Assist with incident management and documentation in ITSM tools.
