Inetum is seeking an Onsite Desktop Support specialist to provide Level 1 and Level 2 assistance across designated office locations in Portugal. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and r espective applications, supporting Windows, macOS, and mobile environments while maintaining documentation and asset records.

Qualificações

• Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and messaging platforms.
• Experience using incident or request management tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot a range of business applications.
• Experience supporting laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience maintaining technical documentation and asset records.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and application issues.
• Support Windows, macOS and mobile device environments.
• Deploy, configure and support desktops, laptops, thin clients, tablets, telephony, audio-visual and mobile devices.
• Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow while meeting agreed service levels.
• Perform software installation, reinstallation and troubleshooting activities.
• Support network connectivity, Wi‑Fi services and printing solutions.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and deployment records.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Support office moves, project activities and operational initiatives.
• Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate with local and global support teams.
• Participate in shift rotations and provide support across designated locations as required.
