Inetum in Porto is seeking an onsite IT Support Specialist to provide Level 1 and 2 desktop support across designated office locations. You will be the primary contact for hardware, software, connectivity and workplace technology issues, ensuring timely resolutions and documentation.

You will support Windows, macOS and mobile devices, deploy and configure desktops and laptops, and manage incidents through ServiceNow while meeting service levels.

Qualificações

• Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience using incident or request management tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot a range of business applications.
• Experience supporting laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience maintaining technical documentation and asset records.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and application issues.
• Support Windows, macOS and mobile device environments.
• Deploy, configure and support desktops, laptops, thin clients, tablets, telephony, audio-visual and mobile devices.
• Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow while meeting agreed service levels.
• Perform software installation, reinstallation and troubleshooting activities.
• Support network connectivity, Wi-Fi services and printing solutions.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and deployment records.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Support office moves, project activities and operational initiatives.
• Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate with local and global support teams.
• Participate in shift rotations and provide support across designated locations as required.
