Inetum is seeking a hands-on onsite Desktop Support professional to provide Level 1 and 2 support across multiple office locations. You will be the primary contact for end-user technical issues, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity problems.

Qualificações

• Experience with Level 1/2 desktop support for Windows and macOS.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow incident management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and messaging platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with teams.
• Banking or financial sector experience and related software exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and application issues.
• Support Windows, macOS and mobile device environments.
• Deploy, configure and support desktops, laptops, tablets, telephony, and peripherals.
• Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow while meeting SLAs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Support office moves, project activities and operational initiatives.
• Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate with local and global support teams.
