Inetum is seeking an onsite Desktop Support specialist to provide Level 1 and Level 2 assistance across Porto office locations. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, while ensuring timely resolution and consistent documentation.

The role requires coordinating with local and global teams and participating in shift rotations. The ideal candidate has experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, and strong customer service skills,

Qualificações

• Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and messaging platforms.
• Experience using incident or request management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and application issues.
• Support Windows, macOS and mobile device environments.
• Deploy, configure and support desktops, laptops, thin clients, tablets, telephony, audio-visual and mobile devices.
• Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow while meeting agreed service levels.
• Perform software installation, reinstallation and troubleshooting activities.
• Support network connectivity, Wi‑Fi services and printing solutions.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and deployment records.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Support office moves, project activities and operational initiatives.
• Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate with local and global support teams.
• Participate in shift rotations and provide support across designated locations as required.
