Inetum Portugal is seeking an onsite desktop support analyst to serve as a first contact for end users across designated office locations. The role focuses on resolving hardware, software and connectivity issues while documenting activities and maintaining service levels.

Responsibilities include Level 1 and 2 support, Windows and macOS environments, ServiceNow incident handling, asset tracking and collaboration with global teams. 100% onsite, shifts as required.

Qualificações

• Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using incident or request management tools.
• Experience supporting laptops, tablets and mobile devices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and application issues.
• Support Windows, macOS and mobile device environments.
• Deploy, configure and support desktops, laptops and tablets.
• Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow while meeting SLAs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
