Netcompany is seeking a Service Desk Operator to join our team in Portugal. You will log, categorize, prioritize, diagnose, resolve, escalate and close incidents while owning the support process and maintaining clear communication with users.

You will provide technical assistance across Windows environments, common desktop software, hardware, and mobile devices, including IMACD tasks onsite. Strong English and French, networking knowledge, and customer focus are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or similar
• 1 year of relevant experience as Service Desk Operator or IT Support Specialist
• Very good knowledge of English and French
• Understanding of networking and networking protocols
• Spoken and written interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Responsabilidades

• Log, categorize, prioritize, diagnose, resolve, elevate, and close incidents.
• Provide technical support for Windows environments, desktop software, hardware, and mobile devices.
• Manage logging and escalation with clear communication to customers.
• Provide after-hours and on-call support if needed.
• Perform IMACD tasks onsite (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission).
