Stefanini EMEA is seeking Deskside Technicians to join a Portugal-based client in Albarraque, Rio de Mouro. This is an on-site role focused on delivering premium IT support and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, install PCs and LAN equipment, and support AV/conference tools. Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required, with 5+ years of onsite experience and MS Office 365 expertise.

Qualificações

• Onsite support experience (5+ years)
• ITIL V3 Foundation recommended
• Microsoft OS/Office certifications a plus
• Advanced MS Office 365 skills
• Basic networking knowledge
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite IT support and incident management
• Install and configure PCs, peripherals, and LAN equipment
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings
• Coordinate with third‑party resolver groups for escalations
• Provide AV and conference support (Webex, Skype for Business, Zoom)
• Document changes to inventory and configurations
• Assist with moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) tasks
• Maintain customer service excellence and proactive communication
