WPP in Lisbon is seeking an IT Help Desk professional to provide on-site support for employees, agencies, and visiting clients. You will handle Level 1 and 2 incidents, support AV systems, and manage onboarding and asset life cycles. Strong English and Portuguese communication are essential.

You will work in a hybrid-friendly environment within Enterprise Technology, collaborating with Infrastructure and Management teams to deliver reliable IT services and maintain user satisfaction.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in an IT help desk or desk side support role.
• Strong cross-platform experience in Windows and Mac with AV knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver on-site IT support to WPP employees, agencies and visiting clients in Lisbon and nearby locations.
• Handle level 1 and 2 incidents and coordinate with internal/external teams to resolve issues.
• Onboarding/offboarding of users, asset management and ticketing system updates.
• Maintain and grow relationships with business users and promote best practices for technology usage.
