Inetum in Portugal invites a dedicated Desktop Support Specialist to deliver on-site Level 1/2 support across multiple offices. You will resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues, while maintaining documentation and service levels.

You will support Windows and macOS, deploy devices, manage incidents via ServiceNow, and collaborate with local and global teams. This is a 100% onsite role with rotating shifts and a focus on customer service and accurate record-keeping.

Qualificações

• Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and messaging platforms.
• Experience using incident or request management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Experience supporting laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
• Banking or financial sector exposure is a plus.
• Microsoft certifications or hardware accreditations are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and application issues.
• Support Windows, macOS and mobile device environments.
• Deploy, configure and support desktops, laptops, thin clients, tablets, telephony, AV and mobile devices.
• Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow while meeting service levels.
• Perform software installation, reinstallation and troubleshooting.
• Support network connectivity, Wi-Fi and printing solutions.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and deployment records.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Support office moves, projects and initiatives.
• Escalate issues and collaborate with local and global teams.
• Participate in shift rotations across locations.
