Decskill is seeking an IT Support Technician for an onsite project in Porto. The role covers Level 1 and 2 desktop support for hardware and software, with Windows and macOS environments, MS Office, and mobile devices.

You will work with local Portugal teams and Global IT Support, engaging with users and stakeholders to maintain high service levels. Qualified candidates have 3+ years in desktop support, a degree in IT/CS, strong customer service and English (B2+) fluency.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of Level 1 & 2 desktop support experience.
• Proficient in Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
• Experience with ITSM/Incident & Request management.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services sector.
• Fluent English (B2+) mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS issues and restore services.
• Support laptops, iPhones, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Assist with MS Office and collaboration tools.
• Log incidents using ITSM tools and track resolution.
• Collaborate with local and global IT teams.
