Inetum is a European leader in digital services, providing onsite desktop support across Porto offices to end users. The role focuses on resolving hardware, software, connectivity and workplace technology issues while maintaining documentation standards.

Responsibilities include supporting Windows, macOS and mobile devices, deploying and configuring desktops, managing incidents in ServiceNow, and collaborating with global teams in a fast-paced environment. 100% onsite in Porto.

Qualificações

• Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and messaging platforms.
• Experience using incident or request management tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot a range of business applications.
• Experience supporting laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience maintaining technical documentation and asset records.
• Banking or financial sector experience.
• Microsoft certifications.
• Hardware-related accreditations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and application issues.
• Support Windows, macOS and mobile device environments.
• Deploy, configure and support desktops, laptops, thin clients, tablets, telephony, audio-visual and mobile devices.
• Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow while meeting agreed service levels.
• Perform software installation, reinstallation and troubleshooting activities.
• Support network connectivity, Wi-Fi services and printing solutions.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and deployment records.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Support office moves, project activities and operational initiatives.
• Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate with local and global support teams.
• Participate in shift rotations and provide support across designated locations as required.
