Inetum Portugal is seeking a Help Desk Consultant to provide on-site IT support to end users across Mozelos and surrounding locations. You will travel between customer sites within the service area to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, install OS images, and assist with network tasks.

The role requires strong customer service, solid Windows knowledge, and the ability to work independently while prioritizing tasks and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Experience providing end-user IT support.
• Comfortable diagnosing hardware and software issues.
• Experience deploying PCs and laptops and imaging processes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site IT support to end users at customer locations.
• Travel between customer sites within the service area as required.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues on desktops, laptops and IT equipment.
• Install and configure operating system images on PCs and laptops.
• Support network activities, including rack and cabling tasks.
• Assist with installation and maintenance of industrial IT equipment.
• Resolve incidents and service requests on-site and remotely when applicable.
• Record, update and manage tickets with actions and solutions.
• Ensure timely resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
