act digital in Portugal is seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician to provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for about 12,000 end users across multiple locations.

You will install, configure and troubleshoot applications, hardware, and mobile devices, while ensuring security, SLA adherence, and close collaboration with local and global IT teams.

The role requires strong Windows and macOS experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with ServiceNow.

Qualificações

• Experience with Windows and macOS.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and messaging technologies.
• Experience supporting mobile devices, including iPhones, laptops and tablets.
• Experience with ITSM / ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• Experience troubleshooting a variety of applications.
• Knowledge of OS deployment and build methodologies.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Providing onsite support for hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshooting Windows, macOS and iOS environments.
• Supporting laptops, desktops, thin clients, tablets, mobile devices and AV equipment.
• Installing, configuring and troubleshooting applications.
• Managing incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
• Ensuring SLA compliance and effective incident resolution.
• Supporting network, Wi‑Fi and peripheral-related issues.
• Managing IT asset inventory, deployments and user assignments.
• Supporting moves, projects, transitions and technology implementations.
• Maintaining technical documentation and knowledge bases.
• Working closely with local and global IT teams.
• Supporting mobility services and acting as an escalation point when required.
• Preparing reports and providing analysis of support data.
• Following IT security, ITSM and local corporate policies.
