Wise Insight is seeking a sales professional in Lisbon, Portugal to manage a customer portfolio end to end and act as the trusted advisor for accounts. You will identify new opportunities beyond focus accounts, drive deals through discovery and activation, and maintain rigorous CRM hygiene.

The role requires 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a contact center, exceptional English communication, and willingness to work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts. Training is paid and local to Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (C1 minimum).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales within a contact center environment.

Responsabilités

• Own a customer portfolio end to end as primary trusted technical advisor.
• Identify and generate new opportunities outside focus accounts and progress them through the sales funnel.
• Drive opportunity completion from initial stages to end, including discovery, positioning and follow-up.
• Convert, close, and grow opportunities across the portfolio with prequalified accounts.
• Maintain CRM hygiene with opportunities, milestones and forecasts.
