Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Digital Sales Specialist for the English market to support business customers across the EMEA region. This on-site role requires 6 months of B2B sales experience in a contact centre, fluent English, and strong prospecting and qualification skills.

You will generate new pipeline, qualify opportunities, conduct discovery calls, and maintain CRM records while working 40 hours per week with a 12-month contract, potential for extension based on

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of B2B sales experience in a contact centre environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience in lead generation, prospecting or opportunity qualification.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and qualify business opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Interest in technology, cloud computing, AI and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales pipeline and revenue opportunities within priority business accounts.
• Identify and engage potential customers through digital leads and prospecting activities.
• Qualify opportunities using the BANT framework: Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer requirements.
• Develop customer relationships and accelerate sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity updates and activity tracking.
• Prepare qualified opportunities for handover to the technical customer success team.
• Support early-stage sales activities, including prospecting, discovery and qualification.
