Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Lisbon to provide multi-channel support to individual and business users of a leading AI platform. You will troubleshoot access issues, resolve billing questions, and guide customers through product features with a focus on high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires native English skills and a passion for technology, with a path to a permanent contract after two years.

Qualifications

Native or near-native English (written and spoken).
Passion for technology, AI, and digital tools.
Excellent problem-solving with attention to detail.
Experience in customer support or call centers is a plus.
Able to work flexible day shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide reactive and efficient support across chat, email, and phone for individual and corporate users.
Troubleshoot account access issues and resolve billing queries.
Guide and educate customers on AI platform features and products.
Maintain high-quality service standards exceeding KPIs and quality scoring.
Deliver clear, professional, and timely responses to inquiries.
