Interest in AI applications and digital advertising trends.

Responsibilities

Omnichannel customer support via email, chat, and phone for ads management, billing, and platform features.
Technical troubleshooting and analysis of ad creation, delivery, and policy issues.
Educate clients on platform policies and self-serve tools to reduce recurring issues.
Case management and escalations with high first-contact resolution targets.
Maintain QA and CSAT benchmarks through consistent operational excellence.
