Cross Border Talents is seeking an Ads Support Specialist for our Lisbon-based team to deliver premier support to advertisers across digital channels. You will resolve platform and technical inquiries and help ensure seamless advertiser experiences.

You will handle multi-channel inquiries (email, chat, phone), perform technical troubleshooting, guide clients on platform policies and self-serve tools, and document escalations for higher-tier product teams. A 24/7 rotating shift model applies.

Qualifications

• Full professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Analytical ability to troubleshoot workflows and diagnose account issues.
• Strong empathetic communication for high-volume, multi-channel support.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotating shift model.
• Interest in AI and digital advertising trends.

Responsibilities

• Omnichannel customer support via email, chat, and phone on ad accounts, billing, campaign delivery, and platform features.
• Technical troubleshooting and analysis of ad creation, delivery, policy guidelines, and account access.
• Client education and guidance on platform policies and self-serve tools.
• Case management and escalations to higher-tier product teams.
• Maintain QA and CSAT targets in daily operations.
