You will engage with advertisers, guiding on policies and self-serve tools, and participate in a 40-hour weekly schedule with rotating shifts. English fluency and strong problem-solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Ability to troubleshoot complex workflows and diagnose account issues.
Strong communication skills for high-volume, multi-channel support.
Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift with schedules released in advance.
Interest in AI, digital advertising and emerging tech trends.

Responsibilities

Provide omnichannel support via email, chat, and phone for ad accounts, billing, delivery, and platform features.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting ad creation, delivery, and access.
Educate advertisers on platform policies, optimizations, and self-serve tools.
Document cases, manage escalations, and collaborate with product teams on complex issues.
Strive to meet QA and CSAT targets through consistent, high-quality service.
