1GLOBAL is hiring a NOC Engineer (Front Office) in Lisbon to join a fast-paced, globally distributed telecom team. You will perform first/second line support, manage incidents, and collaborate with multiple internal teams to keep platforms and services running smoothly.

The role requires strong English communication, a telecom/CS degree or equivalent, and willingness to work a 24/7 shift. IoT knowledge is a plus as part of an expanding, cross-national operation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in telecom or computer science.
• Proven experience in CORE/RAN troubleshooting and related network protocols (SS7, MAP, SIP, CAP, ISUP, DIAMETER).
• Proficient English and clear communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first/second tier support for platform/service failures following established procedures.
• Handle internal/external support requests via standard interfaces.
• Escalate complex incidents to higher-level teams or partners with proper troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation, configurations, and SOPs for systems and services.
• Collaborate with Customer Facing teams and Service Delivery Managers.
• Participate in incident management and crisis response activities.
