Job summary

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking an Operating Center Engineer to join one of our major clients, a global leader in mission-critical operations across transportation, energy and infrastructure. You will monitor alerts, analyze incidents and coordinate with international teams, ensuring timely resolutions in a 24/7 on-site setup in Lisbon.

You will work with Zabbix/SCOM and other tools, manage ticketing workflows, and interact with stakeholders in English (Dutch adds value).

Qualifications

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix and SCOM.
• Background in Service Desk, Operations Center, Call Center, or other shift-based environments.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems, incident management, and event logging best practices.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in high-responsibility environments.
• Fluent English is mandatory; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alerts through monitoring platforms, identifying anomalies and incidents.
• Register, update and track incidents in ticketing systems with accurate documentation.
• Analyze incidents, assess impact, and escalate where needed to technical teams.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide updates until resolution.
