Job summary

Euronext in Porto seeks a Team Lead for Network & Security Operations to lead a 15-person NOC/SOC team in a 24/7 environment. You will manage operations, drive improvements, and coordinate incidents with senior engineers and analysts.

The role reports to Group Production Services and requires strong networking and security expertise. Candidates should have a clear track record in enterprise networking, security operations, and people management, with ITIL experience and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or IT.
• Five years in network operations, security operations or related technical env.
• Two years in team leadership, coordination or people management.
• Proven expertise in network operations with enterprise tech.
• Solid knowledge of security operations incl. monitoring & incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 15-person NOC/SOC team.
• Oversee 24/7 network and security operations for service continuity.
• Drive NOC/SOC model integration and process improvements.
• Manage capacity, shifts, on-call coverage and performance.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership during major incidents.
• Oversee WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, VPNs, firewalls, DNS/DHCP, cloud networking.
• Oversee security monitoring, SIEM, and IAM events.
• Maintain procedures, KBs and docs; drive automation.
