Claranet limited is seeking an Operations Technician for a 24x7 on-site role in Lisbon. You will manage incidents and service requests, coordinate escalations, and resolve infrastructure, network, and security issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role requires knowledge of ITSM processes, networking protocols, and hands-on support across hardware and software platforms, with a strong focus on reliability and customer service.

Qualificações

• Degree or technical qualification in Networking, Telecommunications, IT, or related field.
• Previous experience in similar roles (preferred).
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing & Switching.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage incidents (INC) and service requests (RQ).
• Coordinate escalation across multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure first-line resolution for infrastructure, networks, apps, and security incidents.
• Monitor across platforms and tools (Infrastructure, Network & Application Operations Center).
• Maintain network records and technical documentation.
• Provide on-site technical support 24x7.
