Job summary

Euronext is seeking a Team Lead - Network & Security NOC/SOC in Porto to lead a ~15-member NOC/SOC team. You will oversee 24/7 operations, drive optimization, and ensure service continuity while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in network/security operations with 2+ years in leadership. You’ll coordinate incidents, capacity planning, cloud networking, and vendor management within an ITIL framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field as stated.
• Minimum five years in network or security operations.
• At least two years in team leadership or people management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts.
• Familiarity with SIEM/EDR technologies and ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of ~15 NOC/SOC professionals.
• Manage 24/7 network and security operations with SLAs.
• Drive integration and improvement of NOC/SOC models.
• Oversee capacity, shift planning, on-call coverage, and performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and certification plans.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership during incidents.
• Oversee WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, DNS/DHCP, cloud networking and data centre.
• Oversee security monitoring, incident response, SIEM operations and IAM events.
• Promote monitoring tool usage (Microsoft Sentinel/Defender) and automation.
• Lead major incidents as Incident Commander when needed.
• Drive post-incident reviews and root-cause analysis.
• Manage vendor/external service relationships and documentation.
