CBTalents is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal for an on-site, 6-month fixed-term contract starting Feb 13, 2025. The role includes handling inquiries by phone and email, providing product information and technical support, and documenting interactions.

Hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Portuguese time, Monday to Saturday (bank holidays included). Benefits include health insurance from day one, relocation assistance, and a competitive compensation package

About the Role

Join our dynamic team in beautiful Lisbon as a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative! Were seeking enthusiastic professionals to provide exceptional customer support in a multicultural environment.

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Contract: 6-month fixed-term (CDD)
• Start Date: February 13, 2025
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)
• Hours: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (Portuguese time)
• Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotating weekday

Competitive Compensation Package

• Base Salary: 1,100 (paid over 14 months)
• Christmas Bonus: 100 (paid over 12 months)
• Daily Meal Allowance: 7.23 (net)
