CB Talents in Lisbon is seeking a fluent Dutch and English back-office professional for a stable role with daytime hours. You will handle connected services and case management with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

This on-site position offers a base salary of 1,400 EUR gross per month, plus a performance bonus up to 100 EUR, and a modern Lisbon office. Shifts run during daytime hours, with no overnights, and you’ll work with a dynamic team handling ongoing service workflows.

Qualificações

• Fluent proficiency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Based locally in Lisbon, Portugal (or able to relocate/communicate quickly).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, comfortable with digital management tools.

What We Offer

• Base Salary: €1,400.00 gross / month
• Performance Bonus: Up to €100.00 / month extra
• Work Schedule: Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 (Lisbon time)—no overnight shifts!
