AMETEK, a global imaging and industrial technology leader, seeks a Customer Support Specialist Level 1 in Porto, Portugal, employed via an agency as a contingent worker. You will respond to inquiries about hardware and software products and deliver first-contact solutions.

You will work with multilingual customers, leverage AI tools to boost productivity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese desired for local interactions.
Background in commercial or technical education.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries about hardware and software products.
Process quotes and orders; deliver guidance and solutions per guidelines.
Aim for first contact resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed notes in the ticketing system for each incident.
Cooperate with other support teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Serve as point of contact for Channel Partners and Distributors on non-technical inquiries.
