CB Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring an English-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team supporting users of a leading AI platform. You will assist consumers and businesses with account, billing, product, and technical issues, delivering excellent customer experiences.

The role requires C1–C2 English, strong communication skills, and the ability to work full-time on rotating day shifts from 07:00 to 22:00 on-site in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• C1–C2 level English required.
• Experience in Customer Support or similar roles preferred.
• Able to work full-time on rotating day shifts 07:00–22:00.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers across multiple channels.
• Assist with billing and invoicing questions.
• Troubleshoot account access and product issues.
• Guide customers on how to use the platform and its features.
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely solutions.
• Collaborate with an international support team.
