Workster, in partnership with a leading global customer experience provider, is recruiting English-speaking AI Customer Support Specialists in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting an innovative international company working with advanced AI and generative AI technologies.

You’ll support both consumers and business users while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing technology environment and collaborating with cutting-edge AI tools.

Qualificações

• Fluent English written and spoken is required.
• Technical background or IT/technical support experience is an advantage.
• Customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
• Strong interest in AI, technology and digital products.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers across multiple channels.
• Resolve billing, invoicing and account access enquiries.
• Troubleshoot platform and product-related technical issues.
• Guide customers on using products and features effectively.
• Investigate and resolve technical problems.
• Deliver timely, accurate and high-quality customer support.
