MSX International Group is the leading global provider of outsourced business solutions in the automotive industry. We seek a Logistics and Sales Operations Assistant in Lisbon to support orders, registrations, logistics, and invoicing.

The role requires 1–2 years of administrative or sales support experience, a Business Administration degree, and fluency in Portuguese and English; Power BI and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles.
• Background in automotive or motorcycle sector is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English (Spanish a plus).
• Proficiency in Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and process orders, registrations, and administrative sales activities.
• Coordinate transport requests and logistics for sold motorcycles.
• Handle license plate requests and legalization processes.
• Monitor production and delivery delays and follow up.
• Ensure vehicle documentation is accurate and complete.
• Maintain close communication with dealers and internal stakeholders.
