Servant LDA in Lisboa is seeking a Logistics and Order Management Specialist to coordinate the full order journey from supplier approval to installation. This on-site role involves managing international shipments, warehouse coordination, and close collaboration with design, sales, finance, and installation teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and proficient in Excel, with strong communication in English and Portuguese.

Qualificações

Experience in logistics, order management, procurement or related area.
Highly organised with ability to manage several orders and deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail with documents, payments and order information.
Confident communicating with suppliers, clients and internal teams.
Proficient in Excel and business management systems.
English and Portuguese language skills in a professional setting.
Experience with international shipping and export documentation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate client orders from approval through final delivery and installation.
Place orders with suppliers after client approval and obtain proforma invoices.
Confirm approved orders with suppliers and manufacturers.
Monitor production progress and delivery deadlines; maintain tracking schedules.
Coordinate supplier payments and collect invoices; update documentation.
Inform Delivery & Installation Team of arriving goods and stock status.
Plan and manage international shipments; coordinate customs documentation.
Prepare client invoices and support accounting with documentation.
