MSX International is seeking a Logistics and Sales Operations Assistant to support orders, registrations, invoicing, and vehicle registration processes for motorcycles. You will coordinate logistics, monitor delays, and ensure all vehicle documentation is accurate, while maintaining close communication with dealers across an international project.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in administrative or sales support roles, a Business Administration or similar degree, and strong Microsoft Office

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles.
• Background in the automotive/motorcycle sector is a strong plus.
• Degree in Business Administration or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Languages: Portuguese and English are required (Spanish is a plus).
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proactive and solution-driven.
• Able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and process orders, registrations, and administrative sales activities.
• Coordinate transport requests and logistics for sold motorcycles.
• Handle and approve license plate requests and legalization processes.
• Monitor and follow up on production and delivery delays.
• Ensure all documentation for vehicles (new, used, and pool bikes) is accurate and complete.
• Maintain close communication with dealers and internal stakeholders.

We are looking for aSales Operations Assistantto support a leading player in the motorcycle industry. This role sits within the Sales Operations team and focuses on administrative coordination acrossorders, logistics, invoicing, and vehicle registration processes.

Key responsibilities:
