Viva.com in Lisbon is seeking a member for its Operations Team to manage incoming leads and assist merchants with onboarding and service operations. The ideal candidate has experience in account performance analysis and a strong interest in technology. Fluent English and Portuguese are required.

This role involves promoting company services, maintaining client records, and collaborating with various internal departments to ensure effective service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and assign leads to the appropriate team.
• Assist merchants with the onboarding process and setup.
• Promote services to potential merchants.
• Monitor active merchants post-activation.
• Act as a key touchpoint between internal departments.
• Maintain up-to-date client information in the database.
• Analyze account performance to drive growth.
