Viva.com in Portugal is seeking an Associate in Business Development within the hospitality sector. The role focuses on promoting services, onboarding merchants, and monitoring portfolio performance to drive active usage.

You will work onsite within an international fintech environment, requiring strong engagement skills and fluency in English and Portuguese. The package includes a performance-based bonus and a comprehensive benefits plan.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in business development in the hospitality sector.
• Ability to identify business potential and added value in technology-driven commercial solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to interact confidently with a wide variety of people at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver parallel projects.
• Business-level English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and present our services to clients onsite and at events.
• Onboard new merchants and guide registration to completion.
• Monitor portfolio performance and drive active usage.
• Provide in-person support; elevate issues that need higher-level help.
• Execute both scheduled and self-initiated outreach.
