AUTODOC is actively seeking a Category Development Manager to strategically scale Marketplace categories by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding high-potential sellers. You will leverage market knowledge, data-driven analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to unlock revenue growth and strengthen our competitive position.

You will work with Product, Tech and Customer Care teams, using AI tools, data platforms and BI to translate insights into actionable opportunities.

Qualifications

• Analytical and research capabilities to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Ability to leverage AI tools, data platforms, and analytical techniques (SQL, APIs, Power BI, Excel).
• Good understanding of vehicle brands, product categories, and aftermarket ecosystems.
• Solid knowledge of marketplace business models and seller operations.
• CRM management experience (HubSpot).
• Data-driven mindset to turn insights into business actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Category Expertise — Develop deep expertise in assigned categories and market landscape.
• Seller Identification — Identify and prioritize high-potential sellers via market research and tools.
• Seller Evaluation — Assess strategic fit, assortment quality, and potential.
• Recruitment Collaboration — Partner with Account Managers to present seller opportunities.
• Pipeline Management — Maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities in HubSpot.
• Assortment Analysis — Analyze coverage, gaps, pricing, and brand representation.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Translate seller feedback into actionable recommendations.
