Job summary

Autodoc Portugal is seeking a Marketplace Marketing Manager to lead seller communication and education across Europe. You will craft multi-channel strategies, produce guides, newsletters and webinars to boost seller adoption and engagement.

In this hybrid Lisbon-based role, you will align with account management and product teams, translate marketplace data into clear content, and measure impact to continuously optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in B2B marketing, seller enablement, marketplace management, or corporate communications.
• Proven track record in creating educational content, developing communication strategies, and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and using data to optimize outcomes.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce business models and the seller lifecycle.
• Excellent project management skills with demonstrated success coordinating across cross-functional teams.
• Strong capability to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging, and structured communications.
• Professional fluency in English (our official corporate language).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive Marketplace communication strategies targeting existing and prospective sellers.
• Create high-quality educational content, newsletters, guides, webinars, and best practice materials to support seller success.
• Promote Marketplace initiatives, new features, and commercial opportunities to maximize seller adoption and feature usage.
• Develop seller success stories, testimonials, and case studies to strengthen Marketplace credibility and attract prospective partners.
• Drive communication campaigns aimed at improving product data quality (e.g., K-Types, attributes, and listing optimization).
• Manage Marketplace referral and advocacy programmes to support seller acquisition and growth.
• Collaborate with Account Management and cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with overarching business goals.
