AUTODOC is hiring a Marketplace Marketing Manager to lead seller communication and enablement as part of its fast-growing European e-commerce platform. You will own educational content, newsletters, and best practice guides to help seller partners thrive and adopt new marketplace features.

You will collaborate with Account Management, Seller Success, Product, Tech, and Customer Care to elevate catalog quality and partner success, in a hybrid Lisbon-based role.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, seller enablement, marketplace management, or corporate communications.
• Proven track record creating educational content and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with campaign measurement experience.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce seller lifecycle and marketplace dynamics.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging communications.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute marketplace communication strategies targeting existing and prospective sellers.
• Create high-quality educational content, newsletters, guides, and best practice materials.
• Promote marketplace initiatives, features, and opportunities to maximize seller adoption.
• Develop seller success stories, testimonials, and case studies for credibility.
• Drive campaigns to improve product data quality and listing optimization.
• Manage referral and advocacy programs to support seller growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communications with business goals.
