Job summary

bp is seeking a Marketing Activation Specialist for Portugal to plan, adapt and execute marketing initiatives across the country, delivering impactful customer and brand experiences that support commercial objectives and growth.

Within a multinational matrix, you will work across brand, activation, digital, sponsorship and campaign delivery, collaborating with partners, the Marketing Hub and agencies to ensure consistent, effective activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in marketing, customer activation, campaign management, communications, digital marketing or related fields.
• Experience supporting the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to lead multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver impactful customer experiences, sales enablement activities and customer engagement initiatives.
• Support the execution of sponsorship activations, promotional activities, customer events and partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of local marketing activities coordinating agencies and internal partners.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Portugal with 360-degree approaches when required.
• Monitor campaign performance and share insights with local and regional partners.
