Algomarketing Ltd. is seeking an experienced Marketing Program Manager in Portugal to unify content, platform and email delivery into a cohesive marketing communications program. This internal-facing role focuses on ensuring consistent quality, reporting, and scalable coaching for the team.

The role emphasizes coordinating multiple fronts, maintaining a unified narrative, and driving efficient cross-functional collaboration with a focus on reducing scope creep and optimizing delivery workflows.

Qualificações

• 5+ years' experience in program/project management (marketing, content, or digital production preferred).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (content, design, development).
• Comfortable working across Google Workspace tools in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to elevate when needed.
• People management experience with coaching and developing a small team.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the single point of integration connecting content, platform ops and email delivery.
• Own day-to-day consistency across delivery fronts and report status; escalate exceptions as needed.
• Coordinate handoff between specialist functions to enable cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain narrative and visual consistency across communications channels; review live output.
• Support and coordinate recurring content strategy discussions with cross-channel input.
• Manage light administrative coordination with external vendors or freelancers as scoped.
• Balance workload and capacity across supporting creative and production resources.
• Extend and standardize tracking and reporting tools for shared visibility.
• Coach team members to help them grow and negotiate priorities.
