Job summary

Too Good To Go is seeking a 360 Marketing Specialist (Portugal) to own regional marketing initiatives, partnering with top KA brands and executing multi-channel campaigns across CRM, social, and in-app channels.

You will drive local demand through co-branded activations, nurture relationships with key partners, and manage campaigns from ideation to execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in marketing, communication, business or a comparable degree.
• Experience in a marketing role within online marketplaces, tech, FMCG or F&B with B2B/B2C exposure.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; startup/scale-up experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with KA partners to pitch and execute co-branded B2B2C campaigns.
• Collaborate with local KA teams to secure large retailers and organize B2B events and activations.
• Own the local marketing calendar and implement multi-channel campaigns (Push, Email, In-App, SoMe).
• Execute B2C initiatives with brand storytelling, partnerships and owned channels to balance supply and boost conversions.
• Work with KA, Partner & B2C Marketing, PR, and Global teams to amplify local activity and measure ROI.
