Job summary

Pierre Fabre Portugal LDA is seeking a Retail Activation Manager to maximize retail activation strategy across channels, including pharmacy and para-pharmacy. You will align brand plans with store-level programs, manage POSM, and coordinate with Marketing and Sales to ensure on-ground execution.

The role requires 3-5+ years in Marketing/Retail Activation, fluency in Portuguese and English, and strong Office and basic BI analytics skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ to 5+ years in Marketing / Trade Marketing / Retail Activation.
• Portuguese and English proficiency.
• Advanced Office skills; basic analytics/BI literacy.

Responsibilities

• Define activation strategy by channel and annual calendar.
• Ensure Perfect Store/RISE standards and rollout with Sales teams.
• Define POSM strategy and manage suppliers and timelines.
• Measure ROI with KPIs and BI/NRM inputs; drive improvements.
