bp in Portugal is seeking a Marketing Activation Specialist to plan, adapt and execute marketing initiatives across Portugal, delivering impactful customer and brand experiences aligned with commercial objectives and brand growth.

You will work in a multinational matrix, coordinating with the Marketing Hub, agencies and internal partners to deliver cross-channel campaigns, sponsorship activations, CRM and customer engagements while balancing local priorities with regional strategy.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience in marketing, customer activation, campaign management, communications, digital marketing or related fields.
• Experience supporting the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead multiple activities simultaneously.
• Experience working with agencies, suppliers and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end local marketing activities, coordinating agencies, suppliers and internal partners to meet timelines and budgets.
• Support planning and execution of integrated campaigns across Portugal, including 360-degree campaigns when needed.
• Monitor campaign performance and share insights with local and regional partners to drive improvements.
• Adapt global activation content for local campaigns and select optimal channel mix.
• Collaborate with Marketing Hub, NoEs and partners to align plans with local priorities.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and budget control across channels.
