Job summary

bp is seeking a Marketing Activation Specialist to support Portugal's planning, adaptation and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, helping deliver impactful customer and brand experiences aligned with commercial objectives and growth. • Demonstrated experience in marketing, customer activation, campaign management, communications, digital marketing or related fields.
• Experience supporting delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead multiple activities simultaneously.
• Experience working with agencies, suppliers and external partners.
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media and customer engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver impactful customer experiences, sales enablement activities and customer engagement initiatives, ensuring all activities are delivered safely and compliantly.
• Support the execution of sponsorship activations, promotional activities, customer events and strategic partnerships, improving the value of sponsorship assets and engagement opportunities.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of local marketing activities, coordinating agencies, suppliers and internal partners to ensure delivery against timelines, budgets and agreed objectives.
• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Portugal, including 360-degree campaigns when required, ensuring alignment with marketing and business priorities.
• Monitor campaign performance and share insights and recommendations with local and regional partners to drive continuous improvement and marketing effectiveness.
• Support the execution of marketing activities across multiple channels, including digital, social media, sponsorships, events and customer-facing activations.
