Job summary

JNcQUOI House, part of Amorim Luxury Group, invites a Receptionist Tournant to join our luxury front desk team. You will warmly welcome guests and manage check-ins/check-outs across all shifts, delivering seamless service and memorable experiences.

You will work with Housekeeping, Concierge, Maintenance, and F&B to ensure flawless service flow, handle guest requests, and maintain high standards of presentation and discretion in a fast-paced, boutique environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk roles within luxury hotels or boutique properties.
• Night audit/tournant experience is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory; additional languages valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional check-in and check-out across day, evening, and night shifts.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, maintenance, and F&B to ensure room readiness.
• Handle guest requests and special concerns promptly and politely.
• Manage VIP arrivals, late check-ins, early departures, and billing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security, policies, and health & safety standards.
