Qualificações

• Experience in Guest Relations, Host positions, or similar customer-facing role.
• Passion for guest experience and hospitality with attention to detail.
• Excellent English and Portuguese communication skills for international guests.
• Comfort working in a high-pressure, fast-paced restaurant environment.

What you'll do:

• Be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm, personalized, and memorable welcome;
• Manage reservations, guest arrivals, seating, and table rotation, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow throughout the restaurant;
• Work confidently in a fast-paced environment with high guest volume and table turnover, while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality;
• Anticipate guest needs, manage expectations, and proactively address requests, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for;
• Communicate closely with the floor and management teams to ensure a seamless guest journey;
• Handle waiting times and unexpected situations with calmness, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach;
• Represent the JNcQUOI brand with an elegant, welcoming, and professional attitude.
  

You bring:

• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Host positions, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within high-end restaurants or luxury hospitality;
• A strong passion for guest experience and hospitality, with excellent attention to detail;
• Excellent English and Portuguese communication skills, with confidence interacting with international guests on a daily basis;
• Comfort working in a high-pressure, fast-paced restaurant environment, particularly with high table turnover;
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills;
• A polished, composed, and approachable presence, with a genuine ability to connect with guests.
