Fluency in English and Portuguese, and a genuine ability to connect with guests, are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guest Relations or similar customer-facing role, preferably luxury hospitality.
• Passion for guest experience with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent English and Portuguese communication, with daily interaction with international guests.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced restaurant with high table turnover.
• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Polished, composed and approachable presence with genuine guest connection.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for guests, ensuring a warm, personalized welcome.
• Manage reservations, arrivals, seating and table rotation for smooth flow.
• Work in a high-volume setting while upholding luxury hospitality standards.
• Anticipate guests' needs, address requests, and ensure valued experience.
• Collaborate with floor and management teams to ensure seamless journeys.
• Handle wait times and unexpected situations with calm professionalism.
