• Ensure timely room readiness in coordination with Guest Operations.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and inventory levels.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness aligned with ultra-luxury standards.
• Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping attendants.
• Identify and report maintenance issues.
• Ensure presentations reflect brand aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping attendants.
• Conduct quality checks and provide performance feedback.
• Promote teamwork, efficiency, and a culture of excellence.
• Assist onboarding of new team members.
• Ensure special requests and VIP preparations are executed flawlessly.
