JnCQUOI House is seeking a Maid/Room Attendant to ensure guest rooms, corridors and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will replace linens, stock supplies and promptly address guest requests while maintaining a luxurious and professional environment.

The role requires fluency in Portuguese and English, strong organizational skills, reliability and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, including weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant roles in luxury hotels is an advantage.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities as required
• Ensure rooms are stocked with all necessary supplies and amenities
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or discrepancies to the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Respond to guest requests and special requirements promptly and courteously
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and organized manner
• Follow all hotel procedures, hygiene, and safety standards
• Uphold the hotel’s luxury service standards and professional appearance at all times.
